Courier Policy – Sublimation & Vinyl Products

Courier is available for sublimation and vinyl products. Please note that all courier costs are for the customer’s account and must be paid before the order is dispatched.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. We will package the order as safely as possible before collection or dispatch.

Customers must make sure that the correct delivery address and contact details are provided. Any extra courier fees caused by incorrect information will be for the customer’s account.

Orders will only be sent once full payment has been received.
